The head is already stuffed so this bear needs his arms, legs, paws and tummy stuffing.  A nice easy bear for a little person.

 
The teddy has an opening in the back which you put the stuffing in.  When finished you do the up the pouch be pulling the strings together. There is a  velcro flap to hide the opening which you need to stick together.  - No sewing involved!  You will end up with a lovely soft teddy which any child will enjoy giving a cuddle.
