All products on this website are not suitable for children under 36 months.

Returns:
Buyers can return items sent within 14 days of purchase date.  Items must be returned in saleable condition to get a full refund.  Unfortunately postage cannot be refunded.

If you are buying bears for parties you may return unused bears within 28 days of purchase date.  Just email us first to let us know that is what you want to do.

Faulty Items:
If goods are found to be faulty then they should be returned to Splodge Teddy Parties to receive a full refund or replacement.

UK Standard Delivery:

We aim to deliver all purchases made through Splodge Teddy Parties within 5 working days for more urgent parties you should use either Express Delivery..  If for any reason this is not possible then we will contact you as soon as possible.

Splodge Teddy Parties cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of items sent through the Royal Mail as this service is not tracked.

Standard UK delivery charge maximum £7.95 and all orders are posted out by First Class Royal Mail post.

UK Economy Delivery: 

This is a tracked service using the Collect Plus service.  You will receive your order in 7 working days.  This service has the advantage of if you are going to be out when your delivery comes you can arrange to have it delivered to your nearest Collect plus place which is usually a local shop.  Please ask for details if you wish to have it delivered to a collection point.  If you do not specify it will be delivered to your dellivery address on your order form.  The charge for this service is £4.95.

Express Delivery: 

Orders must be received by 1pm to be received by 1pm the next working day.  Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Next Day service and this is a tracked service.  If orders received after 1pm then they will be sent out the next working day.  If you are not sure if you have ordered in time then please call Rachael on 01323 728230.
